Brainerd MN

Brainerd Minnesota Lakes area is a regional shopping, industrial, and tourism center. There are many nearby resorts that take advantage of the many nearby lakes including Gull Lake. The Mississippi River flows right through Brainerd with five road/highway bridges and one railroad bridge crossing it. There is also the Paul Bunyan Trail, a bowling alley in Brainerd, Movie theater in Baxter, Amusement Parks in area. Brainerd is also home to one of the Central Lakes College campuses. Construction and Decorating

It was a cold day in Brainerd Minnesota. There is a saying that there is 2 seasons in Minnesota road construction and winter. Today felt like a mix of both. There was road construction prepwork on South 6th street. Heavy equipment was used to string wreaths and lights on Laurel Street. MidMinnesota Federal Credit Union was getting insulation and roofing.

on Friday October 27 I seen rain, then a blizzard, and later large waves on lake superior at Duluth MN. I took video and photos in the afternoon Sunday November 5 2017.
